Shipping:
Orders are shipped from Whidbey Island, WA via USPS first class mail or priority mail, depending on item.
Estimated shipping times are within 3-5 business days.
Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method I choose.
If your order is returned as un-deliverable, you will be refunded the cost of the products (but not the shipping cost).
Right now I do not offer international shipping.
Please contact me if you have any problems with your order. If one of your items arrived damaged, Let Me Know! I will replace it.
Returns:
I gladly accept returns under the following conditions:
Contact me within: 5 days of delivery for a resolution. Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery. You are responsible for return shipping costs which are non-refundable.
I do not accept exchanges or cancellations.
The following items can not be returned or exchanged:
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Digital downloads
- Items on sale
Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
